Finance Manager

Your new company Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation who is looking to add a Senior Management Accountant to their finance team due to continued growth. Your new role As Senior Management Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director. Your role will be broad and varied. Main duties and responsibilities include: Completing Management Accounts for multiple business entities Full balance sheet reconciliation owning all balances Establish and ensure integrity of consistent key accounting policies for the group Record, maintain, and audit consistent processes and procedures within the finance team for multiple business entities Preparation of regular forecasting for multiple business entities Produce Annual budgets Detailed variance analysis on Management Accounts Maintain detailed P&L analysis Establish and report key KPI's Assisting Financial Director with the performance of Management Accountants What you'll need to succeed An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or relevant experience Experienced with completing full Management Accounts A strong work ethic Ambition to grow both in this role and with the organisation Broad IT experience, including Microsoft Excel and Sage What you'll get in return An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation in a newly created position through continued growth.
