Finance/Commercial Manager

will support the Head of Commercial and the development of the business by delivering first-class commercial and financial management information, analysis, plans, and forecasts. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to self-manage. Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and timely commercial models based on client tender documentation and internal cost models. Work with operational teams on a range of contracts, including knowledge and experience of PPP, PPV, and NHF schedule of rates. Role Criteria:

Experience in social housing or a similar business sector. Sound commercial understanding of social housing, particularly in working with schedules of rates, subcontractors, job pricing, and final accounts. Able to work with low value/high volume job data. Experience in developing effective collaborative working relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, including those from non-financial backgrounds. Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities flexibly. Benefits:
