The post holder will have responsibility for the Council’s financial accounting, capital programme, treasury management and taxation arrangements and procedures. Ensuring that all relevant statutory and regulatory responsibilities are met and applied in accordance with guidance, regulations, and professional standards. Support the Head of Corporate Finance in challenging existing arrangements and leading and driving transformation across financial management. Ensure the service is delivering its priorities within budget. Qualifications:
