A dynamic and fast-growing division of an international group who continue to grow organically and via acquisition seek to appoint a driven and dedicated Finance Manager within a newly created role.
Your new role
You will prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders ensuring that the business meets all of their statutory obligations in line with FRS 102/IFRS. Furthermore, you will analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, in addition to ensuring rigour is maintained when it comes to balance sheet reconciliations. You will take a lead on VAT, support cash flow forecasting and help the business to maintain best in class through the improvement of controls and processes. In addition, you will lead and motivate a small team to ensure that the finance function meets all of their obligations in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills developed either in practice or within industry. You will relish the opportunity to lead and motivate others and possess strong excel and time-management skills.
