As a fast-paced scale-up, staying on top of financial planning and analysis is core as we continue to grow and scale. Working closely with other members of our Finance Team at Accurx, you'll be tasked with maintaining our financial model, ensuring we're accurately forecasting and growing sustainably as a business, and ensuring all teams have the tools to deliver against our product vision and strategic bets into 2025. Your day-to-day tasks, if you choose to accept this mission ... You will help to design and improve financial processes and tools that support the business's growth as we continue to scale. You will partner with department heads to set annual budgets and KPIs, working closely with them throughout the year to review them on a monthly basis to ensure we are on track. You will partner with our commercial operations team on revenue reporting to provide an accurate forecast and enable the company to plan accordingly. You will work on ongoing finance transformation projects, currently involving working with our business unit leaders to set up appropriate reporting to make informed decisions. What the team says ...
