This exciting FP&A Manager role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, provide key insights, and drive business performance. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial part in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value.
The Role
As a FP&A Manager, you will:
Manage the month-end process, including reviewing journal entries, coordinating team activities, and preparing the management accounts pack.
Lead the annual budget, business plan, and valuation models, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.
Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
Collaborate to enhance financial systems and processes, working closely with internal and external teams.
Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring they meet objectives and develop professionally.
About You
To be successful in this FP&A Manager role, you will have:
An ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a highly analytical approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
