Do numbers and beer sound like the perfect combination? Here's your chance to mix financial finesse with craft beer passion. An award-winning microbrewery is on the hunt for a Finance Manager to help shape the future of their growing business.

As Finance Manager, you'll take the reins of our financial operations, ensuring the brewery runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does on the taproom floor. From profit and loss analysis to cashflow management, your role will be at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed monthly reports, offering insights that drive business performance, and keeping us on track to achieve our ambitious goals.

Cashflow will be a key focus, with your forecasting skills ensuring we're always ready to meet challenges and seize opportunities. You'll also oversee work in progress, managing production costs and inventory to ensure our brewing process is as efficient as possible. This isn't just a desk job—you'll collaborate with the leadership team and brewery staff to ensure every penny and pint works harder for our business.

We're looking for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, small-business environment. Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role within an SME or production-based business and be confident managing P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, the ability to analyse numbers with precision, and the communication skills to make those numbers come alive for the rest of the team.

In return, you'll join a passionate team committed to innovation, quality, and community. You'll have the chance to influence the strategic direction of our brewery, alongside some unique perks—like the occasional free pint, flexible working arrangements, and professional development opportunities.

If you're ready to bring your financial expertise to a business where creativity and craft are at the core, we'd love to hear from you.

Gravitate values a diverse workforce. Women, people of colour, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ community are strongly encouraged to apply. Everyone will get a response.
