Finance Manager – Full-Time Location: Hadleigh, Essex Are you a skilled and motivated finance professional ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role? We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team, contributing to our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities As Finance Manager, you will: Support the Finance Director in managing the finance department effectively. Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure smooth weekly payment runs, both in GBP and foreign currencies. Prepare monthly management accounts and submit quarterly VAT returns accurately and on time. Assist the Finance Director in:

Budgeting and forecasting, including Cashflow and P&L analysis. Property and overhead cost analysis, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Coordinating year-end audits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors. Managing the renewal of maintenance and energy contracts.

Provide support and cover to the payroll department when required. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: AAT qualification (or similar) with at least 3 years’ experience in management accounting. Preferably, experience in payroll operations. Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proven ability to implement cost controls and ensure compliance. Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Why Join Us?
