Job Description Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies. Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses to Directors. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have: A recognised Professional Qualification - Part Qualified or AAT. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Month End accounting processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
