Ardingly College is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the college's transactional finance department and provide an efficient, fit for purpose service to the college, through the delivery of its core financial functions: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Payroll.

This role is also responsible for the month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset register and capital reporting alongside other specific college accountabilities in conjunction with, and support from the Finance Business Partner and Financial Controller.

The ideal candidate will be part ACA/CIMA qualified with previous all-round general accounting experience.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday for 52 weeks per year. We do welcome flexibility of hours and hybrid working will be considered, with a minimum of 3 days to be worked in the office.

Salary £50,000 per annum and includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Benefits include pension, death in service, complimentary lunch and use of onsite leisure facilities.
