Finance Manager - Fluent German - Permanent - Hybrid - High Wycombe - Up to £60,000
FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with an industry-leading FMCG business to assist with their recruitment of a finance manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must be a fluent German speaker and will oversee the financial operation of the German subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 2-3 colleagues to ensure accurate processing of transactions.
Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
Reconcile the Balance Sheet and compile the month-end accounts for submission to the Finance Director.
Maintain compliance by submitting government records.
Maintain relationships with auditors.
Successful Candidate:
Fluent speaking, listening, and writing skills in German and English.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Proven experience in finance in Germany.
Experience in dealing with German auditors and submitting VAT and other government records.
Planning and organizational skills.
Able to effectively manage teams remotely.
IT skills, including advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail.
