Your new role As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for management accounts, preparation of statutory accounts, month-end processes, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, VAT, and overseeing supplier payments. You will also support the payroll process, liaise with group head office, and oversee credit control. You will report to a supportive MD and help navigate the success of the business. This role offers a balance of office and remote work, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in financial management, including statutory accounts preparation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. You should also have good communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
