As the business continues to grow, they are now looking to strengthen their finance team by hiring a talented Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to support and assist with leading the financial operations of a growing company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs while identifying opportunities for improvement. Take charge of the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with senior leadership to align financial plans with business objectives. Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy across all financial operations. Ensure the preparation and submission of statutory accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations. Continuously review and improve financial processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Contribute to business strategy by offering financial insights to support decision-making at senior levels. Key Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified would be desirable or close to being qualified. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
