RG Consultancy is excited to partner with a rapidly growing Tech business in Manchester. Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of the finance function and report directly to the Managing Director. This role includes managing a small finance team with two direct reports, playing a key role in supporting the company's financial strategy and growth.
Duties:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to align with and support the organisation's goals and objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow. Supervise the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses. Ensure the organisation complies with relevant financial regulations and standards. Continuously monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, offering recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective financial management across the organisation. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Lead and nurture a high-performing finance team. Benefits:
