This role is for an ambitious Finance Manager! The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Client Details Our client is an award winning firm in the Financial Services industry, with an employee base of over 3000 staff, the company has a solid reputation for delivering high-quality financial services to its clients. They have a proven track record of career development and hiring high calibre Accountants into their Finance team. Description Develop and implement financial strategies for the financial well-being of the company. Prepare, analyse and present financial reports to company directors Develop financial systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain a management accounts reporting model with relevant updates, such as the rollover of the financial year and code mapping. Produce monthly management accounts and review all aspects with forward and retrospective view. Manage team within the finance department. Engage with auditors for company audits. Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but will consider QBE. Proficient use of finance software. Strong financial modelling experience. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. Job Offer Up to 65,000 salary, dependent on experience.
