Manage and oversee the financial operations of the business Monthly management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting & payroll Provide key financial analysis to support decision-making Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient cash management Manage a small finance team, providing leadership and support
What do you need as a Finance Manager?
ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Qualified by experience will be also considered Experience in financial management, within manufacturing advantageous Understanding of manufacturing costs, cost accounting, and financial analysis Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively
