Job Description Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Work closely with management to share reports and analysis findings The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A relevant qualification Proven working experience in a finance role gained within a retail / e-commerce (or similar) industry Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation Strong analytical skills with attention to detail What's on Offer Salary in the region of £50,000 to £55,000 Excellent work environment with a strong company culture The opportunity to work from home one day per week Generous holiday leave Opportunities for professional development and growth
