Finance Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management business who are looking for an in-house Finance Manager to take on all the finance duties and streamline the company's budgets.
Duties:
Responsible for the payroll across the business
Be responsible for mortgage applications/loans
Present the budgeting and forecasting to the Directors
Ensure all financial obligations are met
Financial reporting
Liaise with Auditors
Desirable:
Experience with the property industry
Good Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Salary:
40,000 - 60,000 DOE
