Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London office a minimum of two days a week.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance function. This role will bring critical commercial finance skills to bear across the Product & Supply Chain function, providing insight on performance, development, and monitoring of strategic plans and initiatives. A key part of the role will be as the Finance Partner for our own brand business - RS PRO.

What you will be doing:

Provide financial and strategic business support to RS PRO, with a key focus on revenue, gross margin, and cost base. Work as an active member of the RS PRO Leadership team. Manage the production, review, and oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for RS PRO. Produce insightful financial performance materials and present for RS PRO performance reviews to RS PRO and P&SC leadership teams. Act as finance business partner to initiatives and projects across broader P&SC to drive strategic value for the Group. Enable understanding of current and future business performance via strategic KPIs. About you:

Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organisation. Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Commercial mindset with a focus on driving profitable growth. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP). Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent), ideally bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. The extras you'll get:
