We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success. Role Overview: As an integral member of the finance team, the Finance Manager will take on a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations, shaping financial strategy, and ensuring the fiscal health of the company’s diverse portfolio of investments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Key Metrics), ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and prepare information packs for submission to the Financial Controller. Lead continuous improvements to the company’s financial reporting process and internal controls, including intercompany transactions and related entities. Conduct detailed reviews and substantiations of the Group's balance sheet, ensuring strong controls and accuracy. Provide expert technical accounting knowledge, ensuring adherence to the Group's accounting and financial policies. Support the consolidation and preparation of annual statutory financial statements for the family office’s investment entities. Contribute to the planning and execution of the Group’s year-end audit, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. Ensure the financial control framework is robust and aligns with the company’s high standards for reporting and compliance. Identify opportunities for strengthening the financial control environment and manage their implementation. Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the Group Financial Controller. Requirements: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification is preferred. Demonstrated experience in management reporting, with a strong understanding of financial and management accounting. In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and technical expertise in financial reporting. Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on internal controls and financial integrity. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving team objectives. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
