Prepare monthly accounts Statutory compliance with VAT/PAYE/P11d's and Pensions Compile and present financial and budget reports Review and analyze financial performance Manage in-month and long-term cashflow Support the company's return on investment throughout the business Create and monitor financial targets and strategies including cashflow and managing the company's debt Create a PO process and interdepartmental function Manage cashflow and payment function Oversee the payroll function Prepare plans, strategies, reports, and proposals Oversee the delivery of plans, policies, and services establishing priorities and schedules of main activities Drive leadership behaviors, core values, and code of ethics to all employees Oversee retention and recruitment throughout the function Promote the detection of talent and ensure opportunities for career enhancement are shared Champion and drive process improvements and compliance Promote operational efficiencies Support system development activities Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of systems to deliver services and define and implement changes required Promote customer satisfaction and retention Effectively communicate with team members holding regular and structured team meetings to ensure the Functional goals are clear and progress is communicated.
