Our client is a well established construction services business and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of finance and accounting for the business.
Duties
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support organisational goals and objectives.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision–making processes.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to financial services and reporting.
