You can find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy We’re looking for 3 Finance Managers to join our Commercial & Customer Finance team where we’ll look to you to lead on complex, high-profile projects linked to our Commercial & Customer Finance strategy. You’ll find ways to optimise our financial performance and return on investment whilst looking at ways to support the business with longer-term forecasting and planning. Provide clear financial analysis and insights to our stakeholders to support better outcomes and solutions for our business Understand and utilise data to develop analysis and then communicate this back to the business to allow for better decisions and outcomes Manage high-profile and complex projects (such as Commercial Value Delivery and Member Vision), working with senior leaders and the Finance Business Partner, providing financial challenge, and making sure outcomes are delivered Get relevant financial and non-financial inputs to model scenarios to make recommendations to optimise business performance Support the development of analysts within the team and share best practice across the wider team to ensure consistency Find new techniques and methodologies to drive budgeting, forecasting and insights whilst driving continuous improvements This role would suit people who have

An accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent The ability to prioritise the right tasks in a complex, changing environment Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to financial and non-financial partners, challenging and influencing where necessary Support communication with the leadership teams to make sure they can make well informed decisions that improve business performance and helping to tell the story of performance A growth and analytical mindset, with a drive to look for continuous improvements with the ability to confidently deal with ambiguity Why Co-op?
