Your new company Your new company is a well-known financial services PLC based in Manchester City Centre. They have experienced regular and consistent growth in the last 12 months, and due to this they are now recruiting for a Finance Manager. Your new role In your new role, you will prepare statutory accounts for your business area's legal entities and prepare management accounts, analysis and assist in the delivery of budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for the delivery and integrity of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information including the balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, and internal and external reporting. You will act as a key partner as you proactively contribute to decision-making on complex or specialist issues, demonstrating judgement and a thorough understanding of the business. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this business, you will need to be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, ideally with experience of working within large complex businesses and familiar with producing high quality, well-controlled outputs. You will be well versed in IFRS, have advanced excel skills and be thorough and meticulous in your approach to work. You will ideally have good experience of process improvement, change management and controls experience in a complex global environment. Practice trained first time movers are encouraged to apply. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a salary up to £55,000 along with a 10% bonus and pension. You will work a hybrid model with 3 days a week working from home.
