I am currently recruiting for a values-led employee-owned business who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance. Heading up a team of four, you and your team are responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, managing budgets, analysing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support the company's growth. Key focuses will include:
Producing monthly management accounts with full commentary
Creating and developing budgets, analysing variances and predicting financial performance
Working alongside the Head of Finance and exec team to develop and implement financial strategies to support growth
Preparing financial information for regulators, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and overseeing the audits
Leading, developing and motivating the finance team
Championing their key values
I'm looking for someone who is Qualified or at finalist stage, who is comfortable working in an SME, which requires a proactive and resourceful approach. Ideally, you will have worked in a regulated environment. This role would suit an experienced or aspiring Financial Controller.
