Role Responsibilities
Manage full financial reporting cycle and statutory accounts preparation Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Develop and maintain comprehensive financial controls and procedures Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights Manage and develop the finance team's capabilities and performance Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Profile Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with minimum 5-7 years' financial leadership experience Proven track record in retail or fast-moving consumer goods sector Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions Strategic thinking and commercial acumen Job Offer Salary up to £55k Hybrid Bonus Pension
