Finance Manager (NQ CIMA / ACCA) – High growth tech startup Hybrid working £60/65k + benefits Talentedge have been exclusively engaged by a high growth technology scaleup on a newly created role within their expanding finance team. As Finance Manager, you will be tasked with improving and upskilling an already high performing finance function (processes / systems / team), ensuring that the business is well supported to continue with its’ international scale and expansion. If you’re excited at the prospect of carving out a broad role within a soon-to-be household name in tech, where no two days will be the same, then this is the opportunity for you! Key responsibilities: Management of the day-to-day finance function Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis & commentaries Statutory reporting & tax work Continually improve core processes and controls, using technology where possible to automate Mentor and develop a progressive & ambitious finance team, all of whom are studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA Support on more operational areas to the business, as and when required Profile: Newly qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) Worked within a high growth environment Progressive, curious and ambitious by nature Please get in touch ASAP as this role will not be around for too long!
