They are committed to delivering high-quality care and are looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will:

Oversee daily finance and administrative functions, providing critical management information and reports. Be an integral member of the Hospital Senior Leadership Team. Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports in line with company guidelines. Prepare and review monthly finance packs, addressing reconciling items. Lead the Finance, Business Office, and Bookings teams to meet KPIs and ensure safe patient pathways. Support NHS contract management and partner with business leaders to evaluate process effectiveness. Participate in regional projects to enhance organisational efficiency. Package and Benefits:

The ideal Finance Manager will have:

A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CMA). Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse and utilise data effectively.
