A dedicated Finance Manager working for a small organisation in Oxford. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Accounting and Finance team, driving the financial success of the organisation. You will also be responsible for the facilities of the office. Client Details My client is a well-established organisation. They are based in Oxford and are committed to making a significant impact in the community. You will report directly into the CEO and manage a team of 1 Finance Assistant and 2 Administrators. Description Finance Manager job responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies for the organisation Draft the annual budgets and produce quarterly management accounts Oversee the monthly financial ledger Profit and loss and bank reconciliations Conduct cash flow analysis and forecast Monitor tax, regulatory and compliance issues Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulations Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders Provide leadership and guidance to Finance Assistant and two Administrators Oversee all facilities contracts, such as IT services, telecommunication providers, office supplies, cleaning contracts and other essential services Negotiate terms with service providers to optimise value for money Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: Proven experience in a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes Strong skills in financial reporting and data analysis Proficiency in using financial software and databases Line management experience (preferential) Job Offer Finance Manager job on offer: A competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to contribute to a cause and make a difference Hybrid working Based in Oxford with parking on site If you're a passionate Finance Manager looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
