What will the Finance Manager role involve? Working closely with the Group Finance Director, overseeing the delivery of end-to-end finance operations; Managing a small, close-knit finance team and ensuring this is supported well; Process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance department; Month end accounting including balance sheet reconciliations. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy: Qualified or nearly qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA, able to demonstrate practical, technical skills; A track record of developing and managing a small finance team; Strong technical accounting skills, confident with multiple entities and overseas tax is highly beneficial; Communication skills are key, able to business partner at all levels.
