There isn’t a specific office presence dictated, however the person appointed will be required to attend the building as needed, whether for in-person meetings such as School Forum, or committee chair briefings, and for team events when they are held. Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting the provision of education services, schools, and associated transformation and capital projects. You will manage a team of Group Accountants and support the Business Partner with Executive Meetings and other committee and member support responsibilities. Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior members on financial matters, including setting annual budgets and ensuring robust forecasts. Identify, analyze, and report on the financial implications of new initiatives in your area of responsibility. Support the preparation of annual statements at year-end. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to challenge and advise effectively. Drive a commitment to continual improvement and offer ideas to enhance current practices and find efficiencies. Manage and motivate your team to deliver results. Work Environment
