£250 per day About the Company: I am recruiting on behalf of a leading company based in London, known for its innovative approach and strong market presence. The company is currently seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Manage balance sheet reconciliations and assist with year-end financial reporting. Take responsibility for cash flow management and financial planning. Provide support and leadership to junior finance team members, ensuring high standards and compliance. Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process. Implement and drive process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategy with the company’s objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a solid background in financial management. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, ideally within an interim or contract capacity. Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. Leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring finance teams. Benefits Include: £250 per day, depending on experience.
