We seek a
Finance/Commercial
professional with exposure to social housing or a similar business sector. A sound commercial understanding of social housing, particularly in working with Schedule of Rates, subcontractors, job pricing, and final accounts. An ability to work in detail with low value/high volume job data is crucial. Demonstrable experience of engaging with and developing effective collaborative working relationships with customers and stakeholders. The ability to communicate with people at all levels from varying backgrounds, including those from a non-financial background, especially Branch Operational Managers. Experience working well under pressure and flexibly managing competing priorities. Benefits
