Finance Manager

who is enthusiastic, positive, independent, and forward-thinking in their approach to finance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Working closely with the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will lead a small, friendly, and collaborative finance team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s financial processes. The varied responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable & receivable Conducting cash flow analysis Overseeing banking operations Ensuring compliance with financial statutory requirements Contributing to monthly management accounts Handling the monthly payroll preparation and submission Supporting the finance team and the business in day-to-day queries The successful candidate will demonstrate: A high level of organisation and be an agile worker with the ability to multitask and prioritise Strong time management skills, ensuring work deadlines are met consistently Independence and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a flexible, dynamic team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Xero Accounting software and strong IT skills, including Excel Recognised accountancy qualification (AAT Level 3 or above) 3 years previous experience in a similar role Experience of maintaining compliance with ISO standards The Company Offers: Competitive salary Modern spacious office environment Health Insurance with WPA 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Discounted Ferry travel Generous pension contributions Company-provided uniform Join us and be part of a flexible, happy team making a real impact in the growing offshore renewables industry!
