As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all areas of accounts. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for: The day-to-day management of a small team Overseeing and improving month end management packs Production of monthly P&L, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis reporting Ensuring the ledgers balance at month end and reports produced by the team are accurate Assisting Finance Director with strategic support with company vision Stakeholder engagement, working with commercial teams to analyse cost What you will get: 25 days + 8 bank holiday Company bonus Death in service Health cover Onsite, free parking Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be qualified in ACCA / CIMA / ACA Previous experience in a similar role, such as: Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Senior Management Accountant / Company Accountant
