The Role:
This hands-on position encompasses both financial accounting and management accounting, playing a critical role in supporting the General Manager. You'll:
Forecast performance and monitor costs to ensure the company stays on budget. Provide insightful board reporting, explaining variances and suggesting corrective actions where needed. Collaborate with operations to understand operational challenges and their financial impact. Ideal Candidate:
A Management Accountant or Finance Manager with 2+ years of experience, ideally in Engineering or Manufacturing. Someone ready to take on a comprehensive role involving cost control, board reporting, and strategic financial oversight. A professional seeking career progression, with potential to move into director-level roles. Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, part-qualified, or QBE candidates welcome.
