In this role, you will be hands-on and have full control of the finance function, managing and leading three accountants, overseeing the full P&L including the management accounts, month-end reporting, control of assets, and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director in assessing future growth opportunities. THE ROLE: Oversee the P&L Prepare Management Accounting and Month-End reports. Manage and lead three accountants. Report to and aid the Managing Director. THE PERSON: CIMA, ACA, or ACCA part qualified or qualified Business services in practice or industry experience Team Management Passion to drive performance of the business.
