Main duties of the job

In this key role, you will: Develop financial tools like

Programme Budgeting

to align resources with strategic priorities. Deliver data-driven analysis and insights to guide resource allocation and decision-making. Support financial planning, population health management, and transformation programs to tackle inequalities and optimize healthcare delivery. What We're Looking For

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board is the statutory NHS organization responsible for planning and delivering health and care services for the communities of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire West.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent. Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development. Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement. Should have an appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health & Social Care and individual provider and commissioning organisations. Qualifications

Essential

Educated to master's level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area. Member of relevant professional body. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
