Join our team as our
Finance Manager - Underwriting , where you will play a pivotal role within the AA Group Insurer Finance division.
You will be responsible for the financial accounting of AAUICL's £250+ million of GWP of UK Motor and Home insurance business as well as ensuring adherence to Gibraltar's regulations for solvency II capital.
What will I be doing? Managing group reporting within the Insurer Finance division. Ensure all regulatory submissions are completed to required deadlines. Working with PwC to complete external audit and file financial reports. Development and ownership of balance sheet control reconciliation processes, working with central shared services teams. Lead and guide our Finance Insurance team. What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge of insurance industry Proven track record of managing high performing teams Extensive experience of Management Reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, OpEx, CapEx, Solvency Capital Previous experience of Financial Reporting under IFRS17 (Desirable) Education and Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience. Additional information
