This is a new Group position - package and benefits are negotiable. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the financial performance of the business. This position is ideal for someone who is ACCA qualified or part qualified, with a strong understanding of tax, VAT, PAYE, NIC, and month-end financial cycles. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review business performance, analysing variances against budgets and forecasts. Manage and ensure compliance with tax, VAT, PAYE, and NIC obligations. Monitor and analyse overheads, ensuring they are in line with budgets and forecast expectations. Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other key financial documents. Key Requirements:

ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant practical experience in finance. Strong understanding of tax, VAT, PAYE, and NIC. Experience managing financial month-end cycles and reviewing business performance against budgets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various departments.
