Key Responsibilities:
Cashflow forecasting Weekly wage analysis Standard recharges Intercompany reconciliation P11D preparations VAT returns & compliance Oversee balance sheet reconciliations for financial accuracy and transparency Manage accruals & prepayments Oversee CIS processes, ensuring correct deductions, reporting, and compliance Assist in preparing monthly management accounts with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Ensure accurate stock adjustments and valuations Contribute to financial analysis and forecasting for strategic decision-making Lead finance improvement projects, tracking and reporting progress Key Requirements:
Fully or near-qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), or QBE with extensive experience Strong Excel skills Prior CIS experience required Construction industry experience is preferred, though not essential; first-time movers from practice are encouraged to apply Ambitious, with a desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, growth-focused company Strong financial acumen, with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement The Package:
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Annual bonus Pension (6%)
