Sole charge Finance Manager in the service sector, reporting to the MD. Established company now looking to bring all the accounts in house. Setting up all the controls and procedures from scratch.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Role: Set up the purchase ledger function, putting in place PO's, authorisation, and monthly payment runs Chase stakeholders for credit card receipts and invoices Gain approval for payment, raise the payments and pay suppliers Reconcile all credit cards Reconcile payroll monthly, PAYE, NI, on boarding new starters Monitor the budget for the UK operation and discuss any issues with the Director Bank reconciliations on a monthly basis Ad hoc duties as requested with regard to accounts Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:

Discretion and attention to detail Highly organised with first-rate communication skills Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping Benefits of the Finance Manager Role:
