Oversee accurate financial record keeping, including sales and purchase invoices, journals, accruals, and prepayments. Prepare monthly management accounts and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations across the business. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, trading and cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis. Produce VAT returns, maintain bank reconciliations, and update the fixed asset register. Provide financial guidance and reports to non-finance team members. Manage payroll preparation.
