Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you will… Work closely with the finance director and the SLT, providing monthly analysis against company performance targets. Manage the half-year and year-end annual accounts process, including the completion of any audit requirements. Work with external group auditors. Develop business processes and accounting policies. Process and manage monthly payroll, including pension payments. Process and manage quarterly VAT returns. Prepare annual budgets for departments.
Requirements: As the Finance Manager, you will need… Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, with a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management. Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses. Proven examples of implementing new systems and strategies. ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
