Reigate Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Finance Officer to join our esteemed client in Reigate. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various transactional duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, trial balances, pensions, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of payment and maintenance of customer financial records. Oversee the payroll function to ensure accurate calculation, disbursement, and recording of company payroll. Administer employee pension schemes, including related compliance requirements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and proper maintenance of financial records. Work with finance team members to improve processes, implement best practices, and optimize the use of financial systems. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives. Requirements: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. Proven experience in a finance role with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and pensions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels within the organization. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
