This full-time, office-based role offers free onsite parking, and due to the location, having your own transport will be essential. What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Demonstrable success in a senior financial role such as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Director. Qualifications:

AAT qualified or part-qualified accountancy qualification. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAGE 200 or similar financial software. Leadership:

Experience in mentoring teams and contributing to succession planning. Strategic Thinking:

A track record of driving process improvements and aligning financial strategies with company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Finance Leadership: Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts to Directors, providing financial insights to guide decision-making. Manage budgets, cashflow forecasting, and year-end reporting, including stock control and analysis. Implement and document financial policies, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Lead payroll processing, VAT submissions, and credit control processes. Oversee financial aspects of stock importation, including invoice management and currency exchanges. Strategic & Administrative Duties: Manage holiday, absence, and employment records while overseeing recruitment efforts. Lead IT security reviews, recommend updates, and liaise with IT support providers. Regularly assess company and vehicle insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage. Establish and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs). What's On Offer:
