Join our client's transformation journey as a Finance Systems & Process Lead! Following the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP system, they are seeking to revolutionise core Finance processes. If you're a dynamic, forward-thinking professional with a passion for driving change, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will spearhead transformation and continual improvement across key Finance processes; Service to Cash (S2C), Source to Pay (S2P), Project to Retire (P2R) and Record to Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define and implement transformative core processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for systems integration, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Lead the delivery of business change, risk management and stakeholder communication, driving adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Maintain process maps, procedures and control documentation to ensure robust governance.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in systems or programme transformation, particularly within finance.
  • A Finance professional or Record to Report specialist with deep knowledge of best practices.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • A proven change agent, adept at guiding teams through transformation and fostering innovation.
