FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – FINANCE PROCESS MODELLING & SYSTEMS WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL PROCESS MODELLING & SYSTEMS EXPERT TO JOIN AN AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING COMPANY Hybrid Role – Broughton Initial contract until the end of 2025 BPSS Clearance sponsored by the client May be entitled to an annual variable pay award WHAT WILL THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER BE DOING? Our client is in the process of acquiring the trade and assets of another company and a new company will be established for this purpose. They are looking for a Financial Controller to support the Finance Team in defining and implementing processes and tools for the new company, both at Day 1 acquisition and beyond. Some of the responsibilities will include: Defining the accounting requirements necessary in the company’s Finance Systems Supporting the data flow from the acquiree’s systems to the new company’s systems and completing the necessary reconciliations Organising system tests Documenting the Finance data migration strategy A background in accounting An understanding of the process and technologies that support a finance function Experience with SAP Finance A good understanding of Finance Business Processes such as P2P and O2C Any previous Mergers or Acquisitions experience would be desirable Be able to achieve BPSS clearance
