We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our clients Finance Centralisation project. This role is crucial in driving the transformation of the overall finance function, ensuring efficiency, control, and standardisation across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Treasury Centralisation project, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Treasury, IT, and Legal teams, to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones for the successful completion of the project.
- Drive the consolidation of treasury functions (e.g., cash management, liquidity, FX management, and bank account structures) into a centralised model.
- Facilitate the selection and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS) or other technology solutions required to support the centralisation.
- Ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices in treasury management.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and progress.
- Identify and manage change requests and potential obstacles to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and service providers involved in the centralisation effort (e.g., banks, software providers).
- Ensure that post-project transition and support plans are well-defined and executed for smooth handover to the treasury operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in treasury, finance transformation, or shared services projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects with significant financial and operational impact.
- Solid understanding of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management.
- Proven experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment.
