Source and engage high-quality finance candidates through research, networking, and direct outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic recruitment advice tailored to their needs. Manage the full recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to placement and beyond. Requirements
A university degree with a strong background or interest in finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals in the finance industry. A results-driven attitude, with the determination to succeed in a target-oriented environment. Prior experience in recruitment or sales is beneficial but not essential. Benefits
